Thomas Keller’s Pop-Up Restaurant

Just last year, CHEF MAGAZINE, posted an article about Thomas Keller's adventures in London. Keller took his signature style to The French Laundry at Harrods. It's been open barely one year, but we note the tasting menu included Hobbs' bacon... Hangtown fry omelette with Hobbs’ bacon, fried oysters and caviar.
