RUSTICA PROSCIUTTO (BONELESS)

This Hobbs’ signature offering is whole ham Parma Style Prosciutto created from an ancient recipe resulting in a wonderful natural taste without the use of nitrates. Skill and patience are taken to cure and age our premium ham for the best part of a year.

SMOKED HAM HOCKS

15-18 lbs, 1 per case

At Hobbs', our ham hocks are generously large and meaty. Weighing between two and three pounds each, they offer excellent yield.

SMOKED CENTER CUT PORK LOIN (BONELESS)

7-9 lbs, 2 per case

Fully cooked and ready to serve. Hobbs' Smoked Pork Loin is made from center cut whole muscle which is very lean, very tender, and should not to be confused with "Canadian Bacon", which is chopped, reconstituted, and stuffed in artificial casing.

FLAT TAVERN HAM

Our traditional methods of trimming, curing, and smoking produces a lean, yet full flavored boneless ham with a pleasant sweetness. The result of these time proven methods is a product which we feel is the absolute best.

TASSO HAM (CAJUN-STYLE)

Made from the pork shoulder butt and rubbed with our own special blend of Louisiana spices; most notably paprika. 

BONE-OUT DELI HAM

16-18 lbs, 1 per case

This ham is cooked in its own natural juices and is great for baking and glazing. It is full flavored, sweet and moist.
